What's Going On?

I know it's been a while since our last blog post, but we have been updating Facebook pretty frequently, so if you really want to keep tabs, be sure to head over to our Facebook page and "like" us.  As some of you know, I (Kristin) have been working very hard on re-branding and building up Magic Carpet Destinations.  There have been many late nights and early mornings that I've been sitting at my computer, brushing up on my specialist courses. I attended a 4 day/3 night "travel agent boot camp" recently and was able to learn so much!  Although I've been in the business for a few years already, there is ALWAYS something to new to learn in the travel industry.  Cruise lines are constantly adding new ships to their fleets, tour operators are changing itineraries, theme parks are adding new attractions, and policies change.  It's very important for ME to keep up on my training, so that you don't have to!  I am now a member of the Signature Travel Network, and just in case you don't know, that's kind of a big deal.
